Investigation by Shao Lichun, Director of Science and Technology Bureau of Hangzhou
On the afternoon of July 1, Shao Lichun, Director-General of Hangzhou Science and Technology Bureau, visited Haichuang Base for investigation. This investigation has inspected enterprises such as Shell Society, 5050 Accelerator and National Core Fire Base (Platform).
National Core Fire Base (Platform) is hosted by Ding Yong, who is in charge of the platform. The construction of the platform, software and hardware facilities are explained in detail. The policies of various outstanding integrated circuit enterprises and related integrated circuits in Hangzhou are introduced in succession, and the layout of chip design is demonstrated. After showing the process flow chart of learning chips, the distribution of integrated circuit design, sealing and packaging enterprises in Hangzhou is discussed and analyzed. Director Shao also emphasized the shortage of professional talents and said that he would encourage the introduction of corresponding policies.
